SUMMARY:
Our client who specializes in storage systems, is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join their team based in Airport Industria, Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Key performance areas:
Servicing and expanding the existing customer base.
Achieving agreed-on sales budgets.
Compiling and following up on outstanding quotations. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product range.
Initiating, planning, and executing sales calls.

Measurements:
Visit clients to demonstrate the use of products, show samples, and take orders.
Arrange and schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments.
Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used.
Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms.
Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets.

Establish new business leads and contacts.
Make appointments with new business leads to promote the product range.
Oversee all projects until completion.
