SUMMARY:
A global company within the fuel, oil and gas industry is seeking a Sales Representative to maintain and grow current business, identify and respond to new business opportunities pro-actively as to ensure growth, and set a high standard for excellent customer service and for the brand. Based in Mossel Bay.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • Sales and Marketing diploma/degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the petroleum industry/external sales experience.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint).
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate achievement of agreed targets in the region and by always driving sales performance.
  • Report to Commercial Manager, changes in strategic direction, structures, and operating models in order to ensure transparent communication and effective operation within the region.
  • Identify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market.
  • Ensure that all operations are in line with the company’s policies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly annual forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Accountability for GP margins and targets.
