SUMMARY:
Our client in the Briardene area are recruiting for Sales Representative, who will be responsible for achieving sales targets and representing the companyâ€™s brand in a professional manner.

POSITION INFO:

The service of the existing client base and the development of new markets for all company marketed products in Africa
Generating sales and converting them into orders
Maintaining of all essential data on customers and sales expectations
Assist in the control of debtors in the area and collection of debts
The above shall be done in co-operation and agreement with the Regional Manager

Electrical/Electronic diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative
The candidate must be 100% proficient in Zulu
Experience dealing with municipalities in KZN is essential

Extensive experience in dealing with electrical engineers is a must, knowledge of electrical contractors and the lighting market in KZN region is essential
Experience in the lighting manufacturing industry will be an advantage
The candidate shall be required to travel within the area and should therefore be in a possession of a valid driver’s license with own transportation
The successful candidate shall be self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently with good communication skills on a senior level
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for delivery of sales solutions to customers
Knowledge of CRM
Detail and specification orientation
Work well in a team
Proven Sales track record in lighting or similar engineering field
Proficiency in RELUX Lighting Design Software is essential and good knowledge of Dialux is an added advantage
