Main Purpose of Job

Key Job Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and execute sales plans targeting different pharmacy environments.
  • Present and sell our pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage product orders and inventory levels in pharmacies.
• Relationship Building & Management:
  • Establish positive business relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers.
  • Update pharmacies on product information and changes.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
• Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor competition and analyze market trends.
• Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain detailed records of contacts and meetings.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Educational Initiatives:
  • Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff.
  • Provide accurate product information and resources.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Participate in strategic planning and sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for product launches and promotions.
• Pharmacovigilance Responsibilities:
  • Communicate product safety information to Healthcare Professionals.
  • Identify and report adverse drug reactions promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacovigilance team on safety-related matters.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, pharmacy, or any related fields.
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales; experience across various pharmacy settings is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for individuals without prior experience.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
