SUMMARY:
Lexdan select is assisting a manufacturing company with their search for a Technical Sales Representative. Based in Vereeniging, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Generate new business through cold calling, pipeline management, and identifying new market opportunities.
Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships while understanding client needs through effective analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance, providing regular sales forecasts and reports.
Address customer queries and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to align strategies and improve service delivery.
Stay updated on product offerings, technical requirements, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows and events, and continuously improve sales techniques through feedback.

Key Requirements

Sales/Business Diploma or relevant Degree advantageous; NDT certification (MT, PT, RT, ET, UT, PA) beneficial.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP Business One, and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally (up to 50%), with a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
