Qualifications 

• Matric 
• Diploma/Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any other related qualification is advantageous

• 2 – 3 years as a sales representative in an abrasive industry is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Suite with ability to navigate on any CRM system
• Own reliable vehicle and Driver's license 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Implement regional sales strategies in line with the company’s national objectives.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maximise revenue potential.
• Generate and manage sales leads to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
• Implement customer retention strategies to build long-term partnerships.

• Identify market trends and capitalise on opportunities for growth.
• Promote the company’s products through targeted outreach and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and product positioning within the assigned territory.
• Gather and report market intelligence to support competitive positioning. 

• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front office, accounts, production, and stores, to optimise sales operations.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and cost-effective sales strategies.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Mitigate risks related to pricing, credit management, and contractual agreements.
