Sales Rep - JHB & Pretoria region

SUMMARY:
For the Johannesburg and Pretoria region we are requiring a driven Sales Representative with an excellent track record. We are requiring a driven self-starter to sell this leading concept. Our client a leader in their field of waste collection requires your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to call on new business and broadening opportunities with customers.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12

3 Years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Extremely well presented and groomed

Ability to close sales successfully

Proactive, confident and a self-starter

Valid driver’s license

Own reliable transport

DUTIES:

Calling on current database and developing a new customer base

Develop focus in specific industry sectors

Plan own time allocations, schedules and customer base

Maintain brand reputation and ethos of business

Drive message of quality, value and environmentally friendly products

Improve and maintain standard of service

Research potential new customers and turning them into opportunities for sales

Working on revenue targets as set by the sales HOD

Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products

Identifying opportunities for new business within the market

Building and maintaining long term relationships with new and existing customers

Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively

Implement customer product training when required

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the product

Coordinate with sales admin and finance department

Regular site surveys on current and new clients

Adhere to KPI’s ensuring performance is kept at a high level

Salary: Basic, Car Allowance + Commission, dependent on experience
