A well established stationary and office equipment supplier in Glenwood is looking for energetic, solution focused and customer orientated individuals to service current clients and new clients Strong customer service skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:

South African Citizen
Matric
Own Vehicle
2-3 Years Sales Experience
Experience with stationary and office equipment is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Coordinate with the Internal Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
