POSITION INFO:

An experienced and driven Sales Manager is required to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of insurance advisors. This role combines sales leadership, business development, team management, and compliance oversight, offering excellent earning potential and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of insurance advisors.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and sales meetings.
• Build and maintain a profitable personal client portfolio.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop referral networks.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and industry regulations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.

Minimum Requirements

• RE5 and RE1 qualifications (essential).
• NQF Level 4 or higher in Financial Services or a related field.
• Class of Business completed for Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Minimum 5 years'' experience in Short-Term Insurance.
• Minimum 2 years'' experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and managing successful sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Personal and Commercial Insurance products.
• Valid driver''s licence and own reliable transport.
• Based in Gauteng (Johannesburg or Pretoria).
