Whether clients want to get the most of their retirement plans or build personal wealth, become a successful investor, or build a strong property investment portfolio they will help their clients at every step of their journey.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
RE5 Regulatory Exam
RE1 (Key Individual) would be an advantage
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Experience in Trusts (Advantageous)
Experience in Accounting (Advantageous)
Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organisational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and management skills
proactive about networking and have strong communication skills to bring in new clients
Strong relationships in the Financial Services industry
               
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
Management and Training of internal Sales Team
Working with management to develop plans for future growth and profitability
Monitoring current economic trends to identify areas that may impact future sales activity
Meeting with clients to determine financing needs and educating them about available options
Consulting with clients about financing options and helping them choose the option that meets their needs
Communicating regularly with clients
Managing and coordinating all sales activities
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics
Handling and resolving of customer queries regarding a product or service
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and create ongoing lead generation tools
