Location: Bartlett, Boksburg

Basic Salary + commission: Negotiable from R50K based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Your Role

Your main goal is to build strong relationships with clients and find new business opportunities. The company provides great structures and processes to help you and your team succeed every day.

Job Description

Lead and support the daily activities of the internal and external sales teams.
Build great relationships with engineers and procurement teams in heavy industries.
Show clients the value of premium, world-class mechanical brands.
Negotiate fair deals and service agreements with manufacturing clients.
Track team performance metrics to keep sales running smoothly.
Work closely with technical teams to give clients the best solutions.
Visit corporate clients across Gauteng to maintain trust and stay connected.
Use the CRM system to keep client records neat and up to date.
Follow simple team checklists to make sure operations run smoothly.

What You Need to Apply

At least five years of experience selling components to industrial or engineering buyers.
Experience working with decision-makers in mining, rail, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience guiding or managing a technical sales team to success.
Strong skills in finding new leads, building trust, and closing deals comfortably.
Familiarity with CRM tools or modern sales tracking systems.
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teamwork.
