Branch Sales Manager (POS385)

Roodepoort

R 30 000 to R 40 000 per month

Position Overview:

Responsible for the sales number for 2 branches combined

Requirements

Grade 12
5+ years experience as Sales Manager or Branch Sales Manager
Fully bilingual.
Must have B2B experience
Go getter and motivated
Experience in either electronic security, IT or other technical industries
Taking ownership of the sales people x 4 – Leave, KPIs, training, recruiting, motivating etc.
Own the relationship with Top 30 clients.
Driving the value add to pipeline to ensure pipeline value, volume and velocity increase.
Reporting to National Sales Manager & MD
