SUMMARY:
SALES MANAGER – DURBAN

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant Diploma (NQF Level 5 or higher).
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Extensive sales management experience.
Strong understanding of ACPEC.
High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong mathematical and analytical ability.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
Valid driver's licence (advantageous).
Clear criminal record.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
