We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a growing business in the telecommunications / office automation sector based in Cape Town. This is a fully onsite role for a hands-on leader who can manage a small sales team, drive revenue growth, and lead from the front.|

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team of approximately 3–6 staff
Drive new business development and grow existing client accounts
Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion performance
Coach the team on prospecting, closing, and relationship management
Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports for management
Identify market opportunities within the Cape Town region

Minimum Requirements:

Proven sales management experience leading a small team
Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecommunications, office automation, connectivity, IT hardware, printers/copiers, VOIP, or related industries
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Hands-on management style with strong leadership ability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Based in or able to commute daily to Cape Town office
