New Vehicle Sales Manager – Sandton
An established dealership in Sandton is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team. This role requires a proven leader with motor trade experience, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
New Vehicle Sales Manager – Sandton
An established dealership in Sandton is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team. This role requires a proven leader with motor trade experience, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Package: R35 000 – R40 000 per month (basic), plus incentives.
Requirements:

MUST have motor trade experience (new vehicle sales management).
Stable track record – no job hoppers.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Target-driven with a passion for customer service excellence.
Ability to manage stock, processes, and reporting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive new vehicle sales.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalated queries.
Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
