POSITION INFO:
An industry leader in workforce transport and SaaS-based operational solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join their growing team. In this high-impact, consultative B2B role, you’ll convert warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term, high-value contracts — delivering transport and technology solutions to some of the country’s biggest employers.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

3–7 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
Strong consultative selling skills, able to tailor solutions to client needs.
Experience in SaaS, transport, logistics, fleet management or other service-based industries.
Skilled in enterprise sales with multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles.
Proficient with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and presentation platforms.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Conduct discovery sessions with senior stakeholders in operations, HR, procurement, and facilities.
Present tailored SaaS, turnkey transport, or hybrid solutions to meet client challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and technical solutions.
Manage the sales process from pitch to close, maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline reporting.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations.
Drive performance metrics including lead-to-client conversion rate, revenue growth, and client onboarding success.
