Qualification

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• Degree in technical field

• Valid drivers license
• Resource management, technical preparation (preferably in the sector Plastic Packaging or in plant engineering), great familiarity with commercial aspects (negotiation, contracts and budget management)
• Proactivity, openness to dialogue, stress resistance, ability to deal with continuous problems that often require rapid problem identification, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with different cultures.
• Advanced English
• Availability for travel

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with service and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support pricing strategies and profitability objectives.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as required.
