SUMMARY:
Are you fluent in industrial gearboxes? A global gear specialist is looking for a true heavy-industry sales expert.

POSITION INFO:
A global leader in industrial gear solutions is looking to appoint an experienced Industrial Gear Sales Specialist to support and grow its footprint across mining and heavy industry. This role is suited to someone who truly understands gearboxes, power transmission, and rotating equipment, and can engage confidently with technical and operational stakeholders.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in industrial gear or power transmission sales
Strong exposure to mining, heavy industry, or process plants
Proven technical understanding of gearboxes, drives, and mechanical systems
Ability to engage with plant engineers, maintenance teams, and OEMs
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer sites

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Selling industrial gear solutions into mining and heavy industrial environments
Managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
Supporting customers with technical sizing, applications, and upgrades
Working with internal engineering and service teams to deliver solutions
Handling the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close
