JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are Software Dev Recruitment Specialists that have been around for over 20 years. A strong brand that has built a solid reputation with the IT market. We are looking for sales driven individuals to join our team!

Who you need to be:

3+ years outbound sales (insurance industry preferable)
Self-motivated and goal orientated
Must have own car
Highly motivated to learn and grow
We are looking for someone who understands the VALUE of their TIME!
Comfortable making decisions independently
Ability to celebrate the wins but also can learn from the loses
THE PHONE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND!

Responsibilities:

Conduct end to end hiring process and ensure adherence
Recommend and ensure adherence to hiring timelines
Vet and interrogate the quality of candidates prior to hiring by aligning to job requirements
Networking and Headhunting
Interviewing and assessing candidates
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Organising interviews
Advertising roles
CLOSING DEALS!!! (WE LOVE THIS PART)
EARN LOADS OF MONEY!!!! (WE LOVE THIS TOO)
