Our EOR solution handles payroll, HR, taxes, and compliance, allowing UK companies to hire seamlessly and legally in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential UK-based clients.
Manage your pipeline, log calls, and track follow-ups on our CRM.
Communicate and collaborate internally via Slack.
Qualify leads based on need, budget, and decision-making authority.
Book a minimum of 4 qualified discovery calls per day for the BDM team.
Work closely with the HOD, to refine call scripts, outreach strategy, and client targeting.

Required Skills & Experience

3 years experience in telesales, or lead generation (Must be B2B).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident and comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
Experience using Close CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

What We Offer

R20 000 basic salary + uncapped commission, increasing to R25 000 after a 3-month probation.
