ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an independent RPA SaaS business focused on transforming NHS and primary care operations through automation.

Its MyBotGP suite automates critical administrative tasks, including normal pathology filing, Docman document management, and repeat prescription processing, enabling healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care.

The business is recognised for innovation and is part of the NHS & UK Government funded HIN Launchpad programme.

THE ROLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

As the Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, primarily GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and Federations.

Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up discovery calls for Account Executives. You will engage prospective clients across multiple outbound channels and introduce the company’s automation solutions to organisations within the NHS and primary care sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and research potential clients within the NHS and primary care sector using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry directories.

• Engage prospects through cold calls, personalised emails, and social media to introduce the company’s automation solutions.

• Assess the suitability of leads based on criteria including practice size, needs, and readiness for automation.

• Schedule meetings for Sales Executives with qualified leads to further explore their requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress within the CRM system.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Stay informed about industry trends, NHS policies, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

• Share feedback with sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality.

ABOUT YOU

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
