About Our Client

Our client is a removals business generating hot inbound leads through website inquiries. The company is expanding its team, with further hiring planned if this first placement succeeds.

The Role: Sales Development Representative

The SDR will handle inbound leads from customers who have already made website inquiries. The focus is to secure bookings through strong phone skills, persistence, and relationship-building, while working closely with logistics teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Bring prior sales experience and strong phone-based communication skills.
Contact hot inbound leads generated through website inquiries.
Build relationships with potential customers to secure removals bookings.
Drive revenue by converting qualified inquiries into booked meetings.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Collaborate closely with logistics teams to support smooth service delivery.
Follow up persistently with leads to maximise booking opportunities.

About You

Prior sales experience.
Strong phone skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Persistent and confident when following up with leads.
Comfortable working from a Cape Town office.
Available to work 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM UK time.
Able to work with the provided IT equipment, including laptop and headset.

Salary and Benefits

R29,000 - R35,000 per month, with potential flexibility for a very strong candidate.

Commission of R800+ per booked meeting after 30 meetings. Current staff book between 40 and 55 meetings per month using the company database.

Benefits apply after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
