Our client operates within the architecture and interior design recruitment sector, supporting prospective employers through targeted business development and reverse recruitment methods. This is a focused, growth-driven role with a structured pathway for a high performer to progress into a Director of Business Development position.

The Role: Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will lead outbound business development activity across the architecture and interior design sectors. The role focuses on booking around 10 weekly introduction meetings, marketing top-tier pre-existing talent to prospective employers, and building consistent outreach momentum through phone and email activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring solid outbound sales or business development experience, with confidence in phone calling and email outreach.
• Lead outbound business development across the architecture and interior design sectors.
• Execute approximately 150 outbound emails weekly.
• Book around 10 introduction meetings per week.
• Market top-tier, pre-existing talent to prospective employers using MPC reverse recruitment methods.
• Maintain a proactive, target-driven approach to weekly outreach metrics.
• Learn and absorb complex, niche industry knowledge within architecture and interior design.
• Fully supply and manage your own remote workspace IT infrastructure, including laptop, monitors, keyboard and mouse.

About You

• Solid experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Confident making phone calls and executing high-volume email outreach.
• Able to work US East Coast hours, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Proactive, target-driven, and committed to long-term growth.
• Able to learn a specialised niche field within architecture and interior design.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with your own IT equipment setup.
• Interested in a structured growth path into a Director of Business Development role.
• Able to operate through a 6-month probation period split between 3 months of basic training and 3 months of work ethic assessment.
