An opportunity has arisen with our client in Gauteng for a Sales Coordinator to be based at their operations in Isando.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Take control of policies and procedures pertaining to dealer business to ensure specialist knowledge exists to assist and advise dealer staff within the sales and aftersales departments.
Responsible to manage work efficiently with clear communication. Strive to ensure high-quality work ethics always exists to improve skills.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of activities.
Be responsible for the timely delivery of different communications, including research material through tracking and feedback activity.
Ensure that all consignment and demo stock are managed according to company policy.
Coordinate weekly debtors.
Visit dealers in region at least 4 times a year and provide adequate feedback per visit template report including branding and highlight any areas of concerns for further attention and resolve.
Collaborate with internal marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are successfully implemented at the dealers to promote brand awareness and leverage sales.
Coordinate timely monthly sales pipelines, marketing plans and orders from dealers.
Coordinator dealer network marketing claims and coordinate dealer marketing requirements.
Identify key customers in market and build a database for sales activities.
Support sales team with general queries and admin tasks.
Support in sales reports and analysis.
Support the GM in all areas.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in sales/marketing/business preferable
Code 8 licence
2-3 years' experience in a similar role
