JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Coordinator’s Responsibilities:

Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Marketing and promoting new and current products.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Sourcing and moving stock.
Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitoring the team’s progress, identifying shortcomings and propose improvements.
Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Finding new business.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Site visits and inspections.
Pricing and submitting tenders.

Requirements:

Matric relevant field certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales or as a sales coordinator.
Good computer skills.
Proficiency in English.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
