SUMMARY:
Dynamic local Clothing Manufacturer requires a super organised Sales Coordinator, to be based at their CMT operation in Pinetown (dbn).

POSITION INFO:

Basic Role & Responsibilites :

Manage orders for branded clothing range that is sold “as is” with customised branding.
Processing orders and dealing with enquiries and correspondence via email, phone, etc.
Following up and maximising all enquiries and leads.
Talking to customers and discussing the product range on offer, finding out what they need, making suggestions, working with them to get artworks, etc.
Passing on branding requirements to designers to get artworks done and signed off by client.
Processing orders and putting through to CMT to make.
Following up on orders in make to ensure on they are correct and on time etc.
Liaising with client and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Passing on details to accounts for payments etc.
Some client visits but mostly office based.
