Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Sales-related accreditation/certification advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a telesales environment
• Make 30 - 50 calls a day
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and explain product/service offerings clearly
• Basic understanding of market trends and customer needs

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Attain branch budget requirements, including GP% targets
• Liaise with customers and promote the full product/service range
• Focus on assigned markets and meet set call ratios
• Generate quotations and invoices for customers
• Grow and retain the existing customer base
• Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and customer queries
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and file documentation appropriately
• Manage time effectively and plan daily activities using the CRM system
