SUMMARY:

An established and reputable organisation within the hygiene and services sector is seeking a proactive, customerâcentric Receptionist / Telesales Agent. The ideal candidate will be confident, targetâdriven, and passionate about building strong customer relationships while effectively contributing to sales growth and administrative efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Sales-related accreditation/certification advantageous
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a telesales environment
Make 30 - 50 calls a day
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and explain product/service offerings clearly
Basic understanding of market trends and customer needs

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Attain branch budget requirements, including GP% targets
Liaise with customers and promote the full product/service range
Focus on assigned markets and meet set call ratios
Generate quotations and invoices for customers
Grow and retain the existing customer base
Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and customer queries
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records and file documentation appropriately
Manage time effectively and plan daily activities using the CRM system
