SUMMARY:
Sales Consultant: Retail / Fashion

Our client in the high-end fashion industry (retail) is looking for a dynamic, stylish and high sales-driven individual who is passionate about fashion and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate must be based in and / or around the surrounding areas, be flexible to work retail hours, including late trading during festive season.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the store is clean and tidy and well presented at all times
• Merchandising - ensure that the product is set up to best display
• Stock management - assist with receiving and ordering of stock as well as assist with new lines that the store receives
• Assist with general store operations and administration
• Promoting, marketing and upselling full range of products
• Working towards sales targets
• Experience with high fashion such as Sissy Boy, Poetry, Old Khaki, etc.
• Maintain excellent client service driving return business
• Maintain company policies and store procedures and Head Office guidelines
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by management

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Matric 
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Fully computer literate
• 2-3 years minimum in retail / sales environment - top end

• Must have a love for fashion industry
• Strong sales - Target Driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Self-motivated
• Passionate about customer engagement
• Personalised service to create a memorable shopping experience
• Excellent communication
• Must be well groomed, stylish and professional presentation
• Positive, energetic attitude
