What Will You Do?

ð Sell Life Insurance Telephonically: Harness your charm and persuasion skills to offer life-changing financial solutions.
ð¯ Achieve Targets: Meet productivity benchmarks and adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk and maximize success.

Who Are We Looking For?

ð Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 qualification.
At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales Outbound Call Centre, particularly in selling long-term insurance.

ð¬ Skills:

Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
A knack for handling sales objections effectively and building strong client relationships.

ð Personal Attributes:

Excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure, and a target-driven mindset.
You are tenacious, mature, and always eager to learn and grow.
