SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Consultant in the Sandton vicinity.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Assisting walk in customers in a professional manner;
Closing sales and ensuring all sales are finalised daily;
Liaising with manufacturers as well as clients;
Sending and receiving of Purchase Orders
Assisting and liaising with project based corporate sales;
Handling refunds and returns with the supervision of management;
Manage Fresh Desk communication and queries;
After Sales follow-up with customers

Requirements:

Previous retail experience
Must have experience using Fresh Desk (this is a requirement for this role)
B2B experience;
Afrikaans (Well-spoken)
Customer Service orientated
Own reliable transport

Basic Salary plus On-Target incentive
