Sales Consultant

POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their retail team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Previous sales experience is essential
Retail sales experience would be advantageous
Experience in consumer electronics, cellular, technology, or a similar retail environment is advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Target-driven with a passion for sales
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service
Achieve individual sales targets
Promote and sell products and accessories
Process sales transactions accurately
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
