SUMMARY:
Our client, a luxury jewellery brand, is seeking a refined, client-focused Sales Consultant & Client Experience Specialist to join their team and work closely with the Head of Sales.
This role sits at the heart of the client journey — supporting sales while delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience from first interaction through to collection. The successful candidate will combine sales support, client care, and studio hosting within a premium, service-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end client service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Well-presented, detail-oriented, and highly organised
Comfortable working in a client-facing, appointment-based environment
Ability to balance sales support with exceptional service delivery
Professional and confident in handling high-value items and clientele

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and host clients in-studio, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised experience
Manage client arrivals, appointments, and overall studio flow
Serve refreshments and maintain a relaxed, premium environment
Assist with engagement ring consultations and jewellery enquiries
Support the Head of Sales with client follow-ups, communication, and sales administration
Guide clients through initial product selections and answer basic product queries
Manage jewellery collections, deliveries, and client handovers
Handle intake and return of items for resizing, repairs, and adjustments
Ensure all pieces are tracked, documented, and communicated clearly to clients
Open and close the studio for client appointments
Maintain presentation standards within the studio environment
Assist with general day-to-day operational tasks and coordination
