Our client is looking for a strong candidate to assist with the day to day operations of business in the sales of corporate gifting, promotional items and clothing. Aged 44 and below NON –SMOKER. English/Afrikaans first language.

Minimum Requirements & Skills

Matric (or the equivalent)

A minimum of 3 years sales /customer relations experience essential

A minimum of 3 years general administration experience essential

Experience in Word & Excel essential

Own transport essential

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

Sourcing of new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients

Increase business from existing client base

Ensure that accurate quotes are always generated

Follow up with clients to identify and close sales opportunities

Placing of orders with Suppliers

Follow up with Suppliers and deliveries

Scheduling of deliveries

Customer queries

Capturing of clients information

Capturing of stock

Stock control

Packaging of stock

Invoicing of clients

Distribution of orders
