SUMMARY:
Our client is currently looking to hire a vibrant individual with a passion for sales to join the team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be driven and motivated by results while continuously improving the sales process.

Based in Durbanville | Permanent | Start ASAP | R25 000 to R30 000 CTC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
5 years of relevant sales/ call center experience of which at least 3 years in a leadership/manager position
Experience in managing a team of 20+ employees
Good command of the English Language- written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
Computer literacy

DUTIES:

Manage day-to-day processes, systems, tasks, projects, communication, and outputs of the Sales department
Ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and tracking as required
Drive performance management, and address staff issues
Coordinate staff development and training
Ensure adherence to QA standards as set out by the academic department regarding course entries
Monitor communication channels and identify areas of improvement for all sales staff
Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
Setting sales execution activity and revenue targets for sales team members and achieving them
Identifying and implementing sales growth strategies and processes to drive the strategies
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
Continual training and development of all members of the sales department
Collaborating with the academic team around product and student experience
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives
