Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales
Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients,
identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will be the key
point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their
satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep
understanding of their needs and requirements.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
4. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and research.
5. Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the
features and benefits of our products/services.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for the company and the client.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential
business risks and opportunities.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and
complaints.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

11. Answering switch board and handling customer queries
12. Scheduling demo’s with prospective clients (Main Goal)
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
2. Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a consultative sales role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
5. Ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits to clients.
6. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
