Sales Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our client an industry leader in the retail space is on the outlook for an Analyst to join their sales team. You will be responsible for the analysis sales trends and data and be a key asset to the growth of their sales. They are requiring an exceptionally gifted Excel guru to join their business.

POSITION INFO:

Gather and analyse sales data from various retail entities

Review sales history to determine productivity trends

Liaise with sales team to develop sales forecasts monthly

Compile and present monthly / weekly / daily reports to the sales department and managers

Identify industry trends

Conduct weekly pricing surveys

Budgetary process

Input into annual budgetary process from a data analytics perspective

General analytics for Head of Sales

Other ad hoc administrative duties

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales analysis role

Strong analytical skills

Advanced Excel skills

Qualification:

BSc (Mathematical and Statistical Sciences)

Finance degree
