Sales Administrator Manager Sunderland Ridge, Centurion R 25 000.00 to R 30 000.00 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:

An International Company in the mining manufacturing company is seeking to employ a Senior Sales Administrator/ Sales Admin Manager to join their team and manage the Sales Administration team

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Syspro experience is essential
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory administrative position
Availability to work extended hours as per operational requirements
Passionate about getting things done right, first time, every time
Flexible in terms of working hours (overtime and weekend work when required)
Safety-conscious
Excellent sense of urgency

Description:

Assist Sales team in managing client orders by generating quotations, sales orders, pro forma’s, attending to emails and correspondence
Follow-up on all outstanding work daily and advise salesperson accordingly
Ensure all administrative tasks, are completed within the prescribed time frames
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
Assisting and resolving all customer and sales reps’ queries
Communicating internally important feedback from customers and sales reps
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (Internal and External Customers)
Help with other activities as and when required
Supervise & aid the sales admins
Provide Training to sales admins
Always Protect the integrity of the company
