SUMMARY:
Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Centurion
Overall responsibility for the international administration, planning and coordination and related operations with budget accountability. A key focus of the role is to ensure that all international requests to head office are actioned and continually improve the growth of the Business. Follow-up on all open issues and advise salespersons accordingly. The function will be the interface between SA and International Branches.
Key Competencies & requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ sales admin experience
• Basic Financial experience
• Established proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Availability to work extended hours as per operational requirements
• Honest and Hardworking
• Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of a team, in a pressurised
   environment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Flexible in terms of working hours (overtime and weekend work when
   required)
o To ensure that the need of international countries is met when taking their
   various time zones into consideration
o Working hours will be from 10H00 to 19H00 which includes standard breaks
o All hours worked outside of the above will need to be logged and submitted
   to HR monthly
• Safety conscious
• Excellent sense of urgency

Key Functions of Role and Duties: • Assist the Sales team in managing international orders by generating quotations, sales orders, invoicing, creating job cards, creating PO’s, receiving stock into the system, and attending to emails and correspondence • Managing the sales@pabtusa mailbox’ • Follow-up on all outstanding work daily and advise salespersons accordingly • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within the prescribed timeframes • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the teams objectives
