Sales Administrator

Our client in furniture manufacturing is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to assist in our sales office. They will need to process and capture sales orders, be a point of contact for our customers to assist with queries about products, orders, and deliveries, and provide support for sales.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Sales Administration or Other Admin Role
• Highly skilled and knowledgeable with computers
• Efficient and skilled with Excel
• Knowledge of CRM systems or Syspro systems is a bonus
• Good Communication Skills and Great people skills
• Outstanding organizational skills

Responsibilities include:

• Process orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with production on outstanding orders and new orders
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Conduct customer surveys to gather data
• Assist sales where necessary
