JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the IT sector, based in Johannesburg is currently looking to employ a Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities:

General sales support and assistance to assigned account managers including but not limited to:
Feasibility requests.
Client feedback.
Ticket management.
Quoting assistance in ConnectWise and Quickbooks.
Dispatching of tickets from the sales board to the correct resources.
Supplier ticket management and liaison with respect to orders, pricing and feasibilities requests.
Daily pro-active ticket monitoring and management to ensure ticket SLA’s are achieved.
Accurate and timeous processing of client cancellations and service re-alignments.
Weekly review of long term pended cancellations Sales Orders to ensure processed timeously.
All administration relating to sales order conversion as per the defined guidelines.
Daily processing of signed proposals/realignments and approved cancellations to finance
Weekly updating of the annuity and cancellation register.
Back up support to other administrators when on leave.
Assistance with answering of calls put through to the sales department.
End to end process management from signed proposal to project handover.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
2-5 years’ experience in ICT related position / industry (essential) Good MS Excel, Word
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressured and fast paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime when required.
Ability to build strong ethical relationships with all stakeholders.
