SUMMARY:
Well-known medical devices company situated on the East Rand requires an experienced Office Administrator with Matric and a minimum of 2 years similar experience.  Individual must be fluent in Afrikaans (read, write and speak)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric essential
Liaise with customers in English and Afrikaans
Minimum of 2 - 5 years sales administration experience
Computer literate on Word and Excel (intermediate level)
ERP computer experience is essential ie Syspro, Accpac, Pastel etc.
Must have experience in sales order processing
Following up on back orders
Liaising with warehouse regarding deliveries
Invoicing 
Purchase Orders
Stock counts
Compile sales reports and stock reports
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license is essential
Must be able to speak, read and write in Afrikaans
Must be able to work after hours and on weekends, when required
