SUMMARY:
La Lucia. High end suppliers manufacturing luxury outdoor accessories seeks a customer orientated Sales Administrator who loves detail, admin, and order to join their successful and dynamic team. Previous experience as a Sales Administrator is preferred.

POSITION INFO:

A pleasing, positive personality, professionalism with customers and suppliers, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers is key as is a warm, friendly approach and confidence to pick up the phone and chat to customers.

Working hand in hand with the Director, you will be responsible for creating quotations and invoices for customers, handling all client related queries, dealing with suppliers on a regular basis regarding ordering of stock, accessories, and negotiating pricing. Assist with quality control on all products and visit suppliers to keep on top of quality and stock levels. Assist with packaging and labelling orders for delivery to customers, create waybills for deliveries, and participate in stock management.
