The Role: Sales Administrator
Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate data handling and timely processing of sales documentation. This role plays a key part in maintaining organised workflows and supporting overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotes, sales documentation and reports
Maintain and update CRM data accurately
Assist with invoicing and order processing
Support the sales team with daily coordination tasks
Track sales activity and provide administrative follow-up
Liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment

About You

2+ years administrative or sales support experience
Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
