POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely sales quotations based on input from the sales and technical teams.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes to help drive conversions.

• Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Compare and negotiate vendor quotes to optimize margins.

• Maintain clean and up-to-date records of customers, opportunities, and deals in the CRM.
• Ensure reporting data is accurate and complete.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support smooth deal progression.
• Schedule meetings, manage documentation, and assist with proposal submissions.

• Assist in processing orders, managing purchase requests, and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with logistics or warehouse teams where required.

• Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of supplier interactions and pricing.

• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries about quotes, products, and orders.
• Deliver professional, timely responses to all customer queries.

• Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and industry regulations.
• Keep well-organized records of all relevant correspondence and agreements.

• Quote Turnaround Time: 95% within 24–48 hours
• Quotation Accuracy: Less than 2% error rate
• Supplier Response Time: Within 24 hours
• CRM Data Accuracy: 98%
• Admin Turnaround on Deals: Within 1 business day
• Quote Follow-Up: 100% within 5 business days
• Customer Feedback: Positive satisfaction scores from team and clients

Requirements:

• Experience in a sales admin, sales support, or similar operations role
• Proficient in CRM systems and Excel (or similar reporting tools)
• Proven ability to meet KPI's
