POSITION INFO:

Sales Administration Assistant - Sea Point - R8500 per month

Upmarket Brand seeks a Sales Administration Assistant very energetic, friendly and welcoming team. Min Grade 12, English and Afrikaans, high energy levels and presentable (front line position). Your daily tasks will be:

• Ensure sales are uploaded and updated daily
• Ensures all workflow processes are maintained
• Updating pricing/ making and printing, pricing tickets 
• Working on excel and word 
• Updating Showroom pricing
• Greeting walk in customers and customers calling in
• In store stock taking
• Manages incoming sale calls 
• Assisting with sales admin functions to ensure sales flow smoothly E.g., Make Quotes, Orders, deliveries and follow ups. 
• Dealing with customers that walk in to the showroom and assist sales people on the floor with customers. 
• Receptionist Duties 
• Manage the workflow processes in the CRM system 
• Customer order deliveries are effective.
