SUMMARY:
A leading Managed IT Services provider is looking for a Senior Account Manager / Sales Account Manager to join their growing team based in Sunninghill.

POSITION INFO:
Senior Account Manager / Sales Account Manager (Managed IT Services)
Location: Sunninghill, Johannesburg
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: R 30 000 – R 35 000 & Excellent Commission Structure

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong technical understanding of IT solutions, who enjoys building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and selling a wide range of managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions to SMEs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Sell a range of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure solutions
• Engage with SMEs and corporate clients to understand their IT requirements
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop strategic account plans and contribute to business growth
• Provide consultative sales solutions rather than transactional selling

• Managed IT helpdesk & IT support services
• IT security & cybersecurity solutions
• IT hosting & infrastructure services
• Hardware & software solutions
• Microsoft 365 backup & tenant management
• Email security, DNS filtering & threat protection
• Cloud and connectivity solutions (including fibre)

• Proven sales track record in IT or technology solutions
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, or cybersecurity
• Ability to build and manage client relationships
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (client visits required).
