Sales & Development Leader

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Starting as a trainee, this has the potential to quickly become a hand''s on leadership role, where you will be actively coaching & developing a sales team on a daily basis, ensuring the delivery of clear, achievable sales objectives, maintaining agreed operational standards and ensuring a fun, positive & professional culture is maintained throughout the team at all times.

Ability to adapt to and embrace, new ideas & processes and drive them amongst your team
