Our client is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Sage 300 Cloud (Accpac) Consultant to join our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding support and leading upgrade projects, making a direct impact on their clients' success.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Sage 300 (Accpac). Please note, experience with Sage 300 People does not apply to this role.
• Proven experience in providing support and performing upgrades for Sage 300.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and investigate issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Practical experience with integrated Sage CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Technisoft Service Manager (TSM).
• Experience with other common Sage 300C add-ons and third-party integrations.

• Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Sage 300 Cloud (Accpac) systems, resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
• Leading and executing Sage 300 version upgrade and data conversion projects from inception to completion.
• Independently investigating complex software issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Managing your own workload and priorities to meet project deadlines and client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Configuring and customizing Sage 300 modules to meet specific clients' business needs.
• Providing guidance and best practices to clients on how to best utilize their Sage 300 system.
• Collaborating with the internal team to share knowledge and develop improved processes.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for client systems and procedures.
