Our successful Surveillance Operator …
· conduct surveillance strictly in terms of company policies and procedures and Gambling Board regulations
· pay close attention to casino gaming floor activities and promptly act to eliminate identified risks
· meticulously follow and complete surveillance checklists and reports
· propose new measures for combating fraud and theft and implement approved measures
· perform thorough equipment checks on every shift and take prompt corrective action to minimize equipment downtime
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), be willing to be subjected to periodic integrity testing, be PSIRA registered with minimum grade C, ability to work well as a team player, and take good decisions in a fast paced and pressurised environment, and have relevant surveillance experience.
